Sales Executive

 

About the Job:

This position's primary focus is to generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking while maintaining relationships with NatPay's current client base. The ideal candidate will be identifying prospect needs, and utilizing solutions-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of NatPay's paperless solutions. Daily activities include conducting sales calls, schedule promotional work, tracking sales activity, quoting pricing, preparing proposals, providing information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates, and presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients. The candidate will also prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made within a sales pipeline. The person appointed to this Sales Executive position will also be communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or other feedback gathered through field activity to executive level management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.

  • Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Jigsaw, or Hoovers with an ability to identify key targets within designated industry segments

  • Bachelor's Degree and / or two years of sales experience with training in Sales with defined sales process and methodologies

  • Professional appearance that provides a positive company image to the public

  • Valid state drivers license

  • Flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel for trade shows or client meetings

This Sales Executive positon is a special opportunity, which offers longevity, stability, and financial success. All candidates who exhibit the talent, drive, character, attitude, and skills that NatPay requires will be considered.

Salary / Benefits / Schedule:

 
  • $30k base salary + monthly bonus

  • Realistic first year annual income potential of 70K+

  • Paid bi-monthly

  • HSA medical plan + 401K

  • Paid vacation and sick time

  • A regular schedule of Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
